Ordering is straightforward
Browse the available items listed below by category. Add the berries and vegetables you want to your selection. Once you have chosen your items, submit your request through the form on this page. We will confirm availability and send you an invoice with the total cost and delivery or pickup details.
Payment is made via bank transfer, cash on delivery, or card in person at pickup. We do not process online card payments through this website.

Available berries this season
Berry availability depends on the season. In summer, expect blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, and strawberries. Cape gooseberries are typically available from spring through autumn. Mulberries, when available, appear in late spring. Each item is listed with its current price per punnet or kilogram. If a berry is not listed, it is out of season and unavailable for ordering.

Small, sweet and rich in anthocyanins, the pigments that give them their deep blue colour. Available in summer.

Available vegetables this season
Vegetables have a longer availability window than berries, but some items are still seasonal. Spinach, kale, carrots, sweet potatoes, peppers, tomatoes, and broccoli are the core items we stock.
Leafy greens like spinach are available year-round, while kale is most abundant in cooler months. Peppers and tomatoes peak in summer. Each item is listed with its current price per kilogram or bunch. If an item is not listed, it is currently out of stock.
Spinach
Dark leafy green rich in lutein, a pigment that supports eye wellness. Available throughout the year.
Kale
Hearty and nutrient-dense, packed with lutein and zeaxanthin. Most abundant in cooler months.
Carrots
Crunchy and sweet, high in beta-carotene which the body converts to vitamin A for eye wellness.
Sweet potatoes
Rich in beta-carotene and a versatile kitchen staple. Orange-fleshed varieties are available year-round.
Peppers
Colourful and high in vitamin C, available in red, yellow, and green varieties. Peak season is summer.
Broccoli
A cruciferous vegetable with lutein and zeaxanthin, supporting eye wellness as part of a varied diet.
Delivery options in Cape Town
Delivery is available within the Cape Town metropolitan area. We use a local delivery service, and the cost is calculated based on your location and added to your invoice. Standard delivery takes one to two business days from the date of confirmation.
We deliver on weekdays only. If you are outside the Cape Town area but within the Western Cape, contact us to discuss whether delivery is possible. Large orders may qualify for reduced delivery rates.

If you prefer to collect your produce in person, pickup is available at 42 Loop Street, Cape Town City Centre, Cape Town, 8001, South Africa. Once your order is confirmed and your invoice is paid, we will arrange a pickup time with you.
Pickup is available during regular business hours. When you arrive, you can pay any remaining balance by card in person if you have not already paid by invoice or bank transfer.

Payment methods accepted
We accept four payment methods: invoice, bank transfer, cash on delivery, and card payment in person at pickup. When you submit your order, we send an invoice with our bank transfer details.
You can pay the invoice before delivery or pickup, or pay cash on delivery. For pickup orders, you can pay by card in person at our premises. We do not accept online card payments, and no payment gateways are used on this website.

Quality and freshness guarantee
All produce is sourced fresh from growers and suppliers in the Western Cape. We inspect items before packing them for delivery or pickup. If you receive an item that is damaged or spoiled, contact us within 24 hours of receipt and we will replace it or issue a credit.
This applies to both delivered and picked-up orders. Because we deal in fresh, perishable goods, we cannot accept returns of items that have been stored improperly after receipt.

How do I know which berries and vegetables are in stock?
Each item listed on this page is currently available. If a berry or vegetable is not listed, it is out of season or out of stock. Berry availability changes through the year — blueberries, blackberries, raspberries, and strawberries appear in summer, Cape gooseberries from spring through autumn, and mulberries in late spring. Vegetables like spinach are available year-round, while kale is most abundant in cooler months and peppers and tomatoes peak in summer. Check back as seasons change, or contact us if you are looking for a specific variety.
Can I pay by card on this website?
No. We do not process online card payments and no payment gateways are used on this website. When you submit an order, we send an invoice with our bank transfer details. You can pay by bank transfer before delivery or pickup, cash on delivery, or by card in person when collecting at 42 Loop Street.
How long does delivery take in Cape Town?
Standard delivery takes one to two business days from the date of confirmation, and we deliver on weekdays only. The delivery cost is calculated based on your location and added to your invoice.
